Srinagar is the summer capital of Jammu and Kashmir and is situated in the Kashmir Valley. Srinagar is known for its breathtaking natural beauty and cultural richness. Key attractions include the Dal Lake with its houseboats, Mughal Gardens (Shalimar Bagh, Nishat Bagh, Chashme Shahi), Shankaracharya Temple, and the old city's markets. Shikara rides on Dal Lake are a must-do activity.

Gulmarg is a picturesque hill station located about 50 kilometers from Srinagar. Gulmarg is famous for its lush green meadows, surrounded by snow-capped mountains. The Gulmarg Gondola, one of the highest cable cars in the world, offers stunning views. In winter, Gulmarg transforms into a skiing and snowboarding paradise. It's also known for its golf course and trekking opportunities.

Sonmarg, meaning "Meadow of Gold," is situated about 80 kilometers from Srinagar. Sonmarg is renowned for its pristine landscapes and alpine beauty. It's an ideal destination for nature walks, trout fishing, and camping. The Thajiwas Glacier, accessible via a short trek, is a major attraction. The drive to Sonmarg from Srinagar offers breathtaking views of glaciers, forests, and rivers.

Pahalgam, often called the "Valley of Shepherds," is approximately 90 kilometers from Srinagar. Pahalgam is known for its serene atmosphere and natural beauty. Activities in Pahalgam include trekking, horse riding, golfing, and angling. Betaab Valley, named after a Bollywood movie shot there, is a popular spot for picnics. The Lidder River adds to the charm of this beautiful town.

Arrival/Srinagar – Pahalgam

Meet on arrival at Srinagar Airport by  Representative and drive to Pahalgam, a distance of 100 Km will be covered in about 3 Hrs. Pahalgam (Valley of Shepherds). Enroute visit Saffron fields, Awantipura ruins (1100 years old temple of Lord Vishnu built by King Awantiwareman), see the beautiful countryside on the way and lot of rice fields, Saffron Gardens. Drive through the pine forest. Dinner & Overnight stay at hotel.

Pahalgam/Gulmarg

After breakfast You can visit Aru/Betaab Valley/Chandanwari (By your Own). After Lunch drive to Gulmarg (Meadow of Flowers) 2730 Mts. above sea level, The distance of about 156 kms will be covered in about 3 1/2 hrs. Gulmarg has one of the best Ski slopes in the world and highest golf course of the world with 18 holes. One can also have the view of Nanga Prabhat if weather permits. The view enroute from Tangmarg to Gulmarg is fascinating. You can enjoy Gondola Cable car Ride (By your Own). Dinner & Overnight stay at hotel.

Srinagar/Sonamarg Day Trip/Srinagar

After Breakfast, drive ahead Sonamarg (Golden Meadow). The distance of about 85 will be covered in 2 hrs. Sonamarg lies in Sind Valley streamed with flowers and surrounded by mountains. Sonamarg is also the base for some interesting treks to the high altitude of Himalayan Lakes. Enjoy horse riding upto Thajiwas glacier and sledge riding on snow (By Your own). Late evening drive back to Srinagar. Dinner & Overnight at Hotel.

  • Gulmarg: -Please note that Gulmarg is an ECO Fragile Zone and as such running of our Vehicle is not permissible there due to Govtt restrictions, however you may like to walk around or use ATV Bikes / ponies/sledges for visiting Gondola OR a Club House. .(Please note that incase of heavy snowfall at Tangmarg our vehicle will stop at Tangmarg area 12Kms short from Gulmarg)
  • Pahalgam: -Please note that in Pahalgam, your attached Vehicle can only be visited by you to make around of the local Bazaar from your Hotel to & fro. However, visiting Aru, Chandanwari & Betaab Valley, you will have to hire a local Taxi on your own with the help of your Driver OR Hotel Manager OR in case same is included in your program, Vehicle will be provided by us thru your attached driver, specifically for visit to the Sightseeing places and such local Vehicle will be provided on trip wise basis with a maximum haltage of 60 Minutes at Aru, Betaab Valley and Chandanwari and should you stay for more than 60 minutes, extra hours will be charged by the driver and same should be paid directly to them.
  • Sonamarg: -Please note for Local Sightseeing around Sonamarg such as visit to Thajiwas OR Zero Point, please note we do not include same in our packages as they charge exorbitant rates not controlled by the Govtt. Visit to Thajiwas is worth seeing, For Thajiwas negotiate the prices at least upto 30-40% and that too on your own. For hiring Ponies OR Sledges OR Jackets & Shoes etc. at Sonamarg, please recheck the prices before taking services, fix the prices after negotiations. For taking such services, please note down the shopkeepers / Pony Walla’s name and. PLEASE GUESTS THAT THAJIWAS GLACIER OUT OF BOUNDS FOR TOURISTS ON VEHICLE AT SONMARG.
  • NOTE:- Please note that in case of heavy snowfall in Sonamarg our vehicle will stop at Gagangir area 13 Kms short from Sonamarg from there guest can Hire Local Vehicle / Sledge for local sightseeing.

  • Vehicle Booked on a Private basis will not be at disposal (Full day), it will be provided as per itinerary and point to point basis.
  • Disposal vehicle will be only available to guests if it&39s mentioned in the Inclusions Tab. Vehicles with disposal facilities will operate only within the city limits and not intercity for day excursions.
  • Disposal vehicles do not operate between 22:00 hrs to 07:00 hrs and supplement charges will be applicable to operate between these timings.
  • Missed Breakfast will be not be refunded due to early morning tours.
  • Menu in Meals will be as per hotels policy.
  • Check-in & Check-out time: generally Check-in varies between 2 pm-3 pm and check-out before 12 pm (noon). Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability and may result in an extra charge equivalent to one full day room rate
  • Unutilized services are not refundable.
  • Any item NOT specified in the above itinerary will incur supplement charges.

  • Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary needs to be settled by guests directly on tour with the local vendor.
  • Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to an increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, may come into effect prior to departure.
  • Any special request such as adjacent rooms, interconnecting rooms, room on the same floor, 1 king-size / 2 Twin bed, early check-in, late checkout, no/smoking room, etc. is subject to availability upon check-in of the guest and is at the hotel&39s discretion. We will request this for you as a priority.
  • Itineraries shared at the time of Quotation/Confirmations are tentative and may change on tour if required keeping in mind the safety of the passengers.
  • Tours are operated as per driver cum guide and no separate guides are arranged unless mentioned in inclusions.
  • No amendment/changes in the tour itinerary will be entertained by local vendors while the guest is on tour as the services are pre-booked and incur cancellation charges.
  • Expenses incurred due to mishaps, landslides, strikes, political unrest, etc. In such cases, extra will be charged as per actual.
  • A credit card with the required limit is mandatory if the passengers wish to book Self-driven vehicles.
  • We reserve the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to Force Majeure events, strikes, implementations of government rules/restrictions, lockdowns, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels/flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of a visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
  • We will not be liable for any cancellations due to any rules/restrictions imposed by the government of India. The client has to bear all charges imposed because of any such implementation. 
  • The Disposal Vehicle limit upto 80 Kms Per Day & timing 10 Hrs from 09 am upto 07 pm only.
  • Hotels mentioned above are subject to availability at the time of booking otherwise an alternative will be provided.
  • The Hotels / Houseboat Check Inn time is 14:00 Hrs & Check out time is 12:00 Hrs next day.
  • Our vehicles are not allowed in Gulmarg, Pahalgam & Sonamarg for inner sightseeing, either the client can hire a local vehicle or Pony / Sledge from the market for local sightseeing.
  • No Electronic Devices (Mobiles, Cameras, IPods, Etc) are not allowed for visiting Shankarachariya Temple.
  • The outside circle from J&K Prepaid Sims doesn’t work, only POSTPAID Sims (RELIANCE JIO, IDEA, BSNL, AIRTEL).
  • The Gondola at Gulmarg remains closed on 1st & 3rd Monday of every month for maintenance purpose. For Issuance of Tickets, Photo ID is required

    Note: For some hotels cancellation policy will be forwarded at the time of booking.
  • 50% advance to be paid at the time of booking.
  • Air-fare is calculated at the time of proposal creation and is subject to change at the time of booking.
  • 100% payment is to be made for domestic packages before 15 days of the departure date.
  • 100% payment is to be made for international packages before 30 days of the departure date.
  • In case of cancellation, standard cancellation policies will be applicable or may be changed as per the policies.

If you Cancel your Holiday:

  • Cancellation policy charged by the local vendor depending on the season of travel will be applicable and the same needs to be accepted by the Guest.
  • Bookings Confirmed under Non-Refundable/Amendable/Cancellable Policy will be charged 100% once the booking gets confirmed.
  • Any on tour issues/changes or cancellation needs to be settled by the local vendor/driver during the course of the tour and no refunds or issues will be entertained post-tour completion.
  • If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get cancelled. In such cases, the operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible. However, a cash refund will not be applicable for the same.
  • Cancellations are strictly subjected to cancellation policies mentioned on the website & are irrespective of the date of booking.
