Exclusions

Government Taxes & TCS (Tax Collected at Source):
A Government Tax of 5% is applicable over and above the tour cost mentioned.
TCS Applicability (Effective 01st April 2025):
5% or 10% TCS is applicable on amounts up to INR10 lakhs, based on PAN status.
20% TCS is applicable on the amount exceeding INR10 lakhs.
10% TCS will be charged if the PAN is not linked with AADHAR, i.e., if PAN status is Inoperative as per the Income Tax Department.
TCS is applicable only on packaged tours.
The rate of TCS depends on the PAN status of the primary booking contact.

City tax if any levied in European countries, Malaysia, Dubai among others needs to be paid directly. These charges range from 1 to 5 per room per night depending on the level of the hotel.

Sightseeing:

Any increase in the rate of exchange leads to an increase in surface transportation and land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
Tours operated on a SIC basis will start from a central point located in the city Centre. Also for drop-off some tours may or may not provide drop-off (if they will provide then drop off location will be again some city Centre point).
Vehicle Booked on a Private basis will not be at disposal (Full day), it will be provided as per itinerary and point to point basis.
No amendment/changes in the tour itinerary will be entertained by local vendors while the guest is on tour as the services are pre-booked and incur cancellation charges.
Unutilized services are not refundable.
Itineraries shared at the time of Quotation/Confirmations are tentative and may change on tour if required keeping in mind the safety of the passengers.

All the cruise liners worldwide apply gratuity to be paid and is compulsory. The same needs to be paid directly at the cruise or can be prepaid through us.

Booking Amount:

Group Cancellation:
- Cancellation 30 days or more prior to the departure date: 50% of the total tour cost as a cancellation fee.
- Cancellation within 30 days or less of the departure date: 100% of the total tour cost as a cancellation fee.
Visa Rejection:
