Chennai Arrival + Mahabalipuram Transfer

Arrival at the Chennai Airport/Station. Complete your baggage collection. Meet and greet from our tour representative and enjoy your transfer to your hotel in Mahabalipuram. After reaching, complete the check-in process. Relax and freshen up. Later, various cave temples and sculpted respites including Five Rathas, Arjuna Dhabas, Krishna Mandapam, Krishna Butterball and Shore Temple. Mahabalipuram - Pondicherry Transfer

Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, complete the check-out process and enjoy your transfer to Pondicherry. It will take you around 02hr30m drive to reach. After reaching, complete the check-in process. Relax and freshen up. Evening, visit the Seaside promenade. Walk through the white Town  famous for Charming French Colonial Villa lining the Leafy Streets. After completing your day, enjoy an overnight stay in Pondicherry.

Pondicherry - Sightseeing

Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, embark on the Pondicherry Sightseeing Tour. Visit the famous Sri Aurobindo Ashram, a Spiritual Community Located in Pondicherry. Later, visit the township of Auroville or the 'City of Dawn'. Designed by a French architect, Roger Arger. Later, complete your day with your visit to the Botanical Garden. After completing your day, return to your hotel and enjoy an overnight stay in Pondicherry.

  • Vehicle Booked on a Private basis will not be at disposal (Full day), it will be provided as per itinerary and point to point basis.
  • Disposal vehicle will be only available to guests if it&39s mentioned in the Inclusions Tab. Vehicles with disposal facilities will operate only within the city limits and not intercity for day excursions.
  • Disposal vehicles do not operate between 22:00 hrs to 07:00 hrs and supplement charges will be applicable to operate between these timings.
  • Missed Breakfast will be not be refunded due to early morning tours.
  • Menu in Meals will be as per hotels policy.
  • Check-in & Check-out time: generally Check-in varies between 2 pm-3 pm and check-out before 12 pm (noon). Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability and may result in an extra charge equivalent to one full day room rate
  • Unutilized services are not refundable.
  • Any item NOT specified in the above itinerary will incur supplement charges.
  • Any change in no of guests will undergo rate change
  • Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary needs to be settled by guests directly on tour with the local vendor.
  • Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to an increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, may come into effect prior to departure.
  • Any special request such as adjacent rooms, interconnecting rooms, room on the same floor, 1 king-size / 2 Twin bed, early check-in, late checkout, no/smoking room, etc. is subject to availability upon check-in of the guest and is at the hotel&39s discretion. We will request this for you as a priority.
  • Itineraries shared at the time of Quotation/Confirmations are tentative and may change on tour if required keeping in mind the safety of the passengers.
  • Tours are operated as per driver cum guide and no separate guides are arranged unless mentioned in inclusions.
  • No amendment/changes in the tour itinerary will be entertained by local vendors while the guest is on tour as the services are pre-booked and incur cancellation charges.
  • Expenses incurred due to mishaps, landslides, strikes, political unrest, etc. In such cases, extra will be charged as per actual.
  • A credit card with the required limit is mandatory if the passengers wish to book Self-driven vehicles.
  • We reserve the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to Force Majeure events, strikes, implementations of government rules/restrictions, lockdowns, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels/flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of a visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
  • We will not be liable for any cancellations due to any rules/restrictions imposed by the government of India. The client has to bear all charges imposed because of any such implementation.
