Baghdad: Baghdad is the capital and largest city of Iraq, located along the Tigris River in the central part of the country. It has a rich history that dates back over a thousand years. Baghdad was founded in the 8th century by the Abbasid caliph Al-Mansur, and it became a center of learning, trade, and culture during the Islamic Golden Age. The city is known for its iconic historical sites, such as the Abbasid Palace, the Mustansiriya Madrasah, and the famous round city walls.

Karbala: Karbala is a city in central Iraq, situated about 100 kilometers southwest of Baghdad. It is renowned as the site of a significant event in Islamic history, the Battle of Karbala, which took place in 680 AD. This battle resulted in the martyrdom of Imam Hussein, the grandson of Prophet Muhammad and the third Shia Imam. Every year, millions of Shia Muslims gather in Karbala to commemorate the religious observance of Ashura, which marks the anniversary of Imam Hussein's death. The Imam Hussein Shrine, located in Karbala, is a major destination for pilgrims.

These cities hold immense historical, cultural, and religious value for the people of Iraq and for Muslims worldwide. While they have experienced challenges throughout history, they remain significant and cherished places in the Islamic world.

  • Tour Cost is based on Airfare Rs.45000/ and US $ at Rs.84.00. Due to any increase in airfare or currency rate before departure, difference in amount has to be paid by the passengers.
  • GST 5% applicable.
  • Subject to India and Iraq government’s rules & regulations.
  • The tour dates and tour programs are provisional and subject to change without notice.
  • Itinerary may be changed at the last moment due to local conditions.
  • Rooms shall be allotted as per hotels. 
  • Unutilized services are NON – REFUNDABLE
  • Extra luggage other than allowance mentioned on the ticket, charges shall be paid by the passenger.
  • Tour operator is not responsible for the lost luggage
  • Subject to BTQ passengers only. Subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction only.
  • Pay a minimum of Rs.55,000/- per person to book your tour
  • Balance amount to be paid 20 days before departure or the booking will get cancelled without informing.
  • Book through NEFT/RTGS/IMPS or Cheque /Demand Draft.  
  • If your booking is routed through our Booking Centre the tour cost will remain the same as applicable.  Atlas Tours & Travels Pvt Ltd is not responsible for any cash transaction at any booking centers.

The following cancellation charges would apply per person if booking is cancelled as per schedule below.

1.         50 % of the tour cost if cancelled between 30 to 20 days before departure.

2.         NO REFUND if cancelled within 20 days of departure.
