  • Pay Rs.15,000/- per person for separate room.
  • Tour Cost is based on Airfare Rs.52000/- and US Dollar at Rs.86.00. Due to any increase in airfare or currency rate before departure, the difference in amount has to be paid by the passengers
  • Subject to India and Iraq government’s rules & regulations
  • Departure dates are subject to visa approval from the consulate
  • The tour dates and tour programs are provisional and subject to change without notice
  • The itinerary may be changed at the last moment due to local conditions
  • Rooms shall be allotted as per hotels
  • Unutilized services are NON – REFUNDABLE
  • Extra luggage other than the allowance mentioned on the ticket, charges shall be paid by the passenger Tour operator is not responsible for the lost luggage
  • We reserve the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to Force Majeure events, strikes, implementations of government rules/restrictions, lockdowns, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels/flights, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.

Requirement:

  • International passport valid for 6 months from the date of travel having minimum 2 blank pages.
  • 4 photo passport size (4cm x 6cm) with white background.
  • Pan card (Linked with Aadhaar)

Child Policy:

  • Child with Bed same as adult.
  • Infant up to 2 years without Bed Rs. 25,000/-
  • Child 2 To 6 years without Bed Rs. 80,000

*If any change in the hotels mentioned in the brochure, similar hotels will be provided

The following cancellation charges would apply per person if booking is cancelled as per schedule below.

  1. 50 % of the tour cost if cancelled between 30 to 20 days before departure.
  2. NO REFUND if cancelled within 20 days of departure.
