Tashkent – Mountain Tour (Chimgan Mountains & Charwak Lake)

Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, get ready for a mountain tour in Tashkent. Drive to the Chimgan Mountains and later to Charwak Lake. Next, arrive at Amirsoy Resort. Enjoy the Chair Lift Ride, which will take you to the top of the mountain and provide a fantastic view. Later, enjoy free time at Beautiful Charwak Lake. Tashkent - City Tour & Departure

Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, get ready for a Full Day Tashkent City Tour. Visit the Hazrati Imam complex, including Barakkhan madrasah (XVIc.), the Hazrati Usman RA old Koran (VIIc.) museum, the Juma Mosque (2007y) & Mausoleum of Hazrati Imam (lived in Xc.), the Oriental and Ancient Charsu Bazaar, one of the main Bazaars of Tashkent. Next, visit the TV tower (1985) (outside view) with the Memorial Complex of Repression (2000), Minor Masjid, Monument of Courage, and Tashkent metro stations: Modern Cosmaufts and Oriental Alisher Navai metro stations. Tashkent City Hyper Mall with Tashkent City Park & Magic City Park. Later, enjoy your transfer to the airport for your departure flight.

  • We hold the right to revoke the above offer at any point in time without any prior notice.
  • We reserve the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to Force Majeure events, strikes, implementations of government rules/restrictions, lockdowns, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels/flights, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.

  • Confirmation of your selection is purely based on availability at the time of booking.
  • Please note, as per Income Tax Department rules, you will be charged 5% TCS on the total invoicing amount for every confirmed booking at the time of final confirmation which will be redeemable when filing your personal IT returns (Effective from 01st Oct 2020). Lead passenger Pan Card Copy will also be required as per RBI guidelines at the time of final confirmation.

Hotel:

  • The above offer is not valid on blackout dates / Peak Dates. Please speak to our holiday expert for further information.
  • Rates / Hotels / Room Types may vary at the time of actual booking and are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
  • City tax if any levied in European countries, Malaysia, Dubai among others needs to be paid directly. These charges range from 1 to 5 per room per night depending on the level of the hotel.
  • Mandatory fees for Gala Dinner on the New Years Eve and Christmas Eve to be payable directly at the hotel at the time of check in if applicable.

Sightseeing:

  • Any increase in the rate of exchange leads to an increase in surface transportation and land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
  • Tours operated on a SIC basis will start from a central point located in the city Centre. Also for drop-off some tours may or may not provide drop-off (if they will provide then drop off location will be again some city Centre point).
  • Vehicle Booked on a Private basis will not be at disposal (Full day), it will be provided as per itinerary and point to point basis.
  • No amendment/changes in the tour itinerary will be entertained by local vendors while the guest is on tour as the services are pre-booked and incur cancellation charges.
  • Unutilized services are not refundable.
  • Itineraries shared at the time of Quotation/Confirmations are tentative and may change on tour if required keeping in mind the safety of the passengers.
  • Vehicle Booked on a Private basis will not be at disposal (Full day), it will be provided as per itinerary and point to point basis.
  • Tips to Drivers and guides are customary in most countries, and vary between USD 4 - 6 per person per day.
  • Any item NOT specified in the above itinerary will incur supplement charges.

Self-Drive:

  • License: Indian or International as per the law.
  • Credit card under the renter&39s name.
  • 2 credit cards are required under the renter&39s name if luxury cars like BMW are rented.
  • All parking, fuel and toll charges needs to be paid directly.

Cruise:

  • All the cruise liners worldwide apply gratuity to be paid and is compulsory. The same needs to be paid directly at the cruise or can be prepaid through us.
  • Booking Amount:
    • The booking amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Group Cancellation:
    • Cancellation 30 days or more prior to the departure date: 50% of the total tour cost as a cancellation fee.
    • Cancellation within 30 days or less of the departure date: 100% of the total tour cost as a cancellation fee.
  • Visa Rejection:
    • In case of visa rejection:
      • Passengers are responsible for cancellation charges on flights, hotels, and land packages as per the policy.
      • Passengers are responsible for full visa fees including processing charges, ODMV fees if applicable.
  • Partial Refund:
    • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting the necessary charges, including the non-refundable booking amount.
  • Refund Process:
    • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 45 working days of receiving the cancellation request.
