Baku Arrival + Shahdag Transfer with Sightseeing

Arrival at the Baku International Airport. Complete your immigration and customs. Meet and greet from our tour representative and enjoy a transfer from Baku to Shahdag Mountain Resort.

Shahdag is located in the northern part of Azerbaijan and this resort is Azerbaijan’s largest winter resort. It will be a 03 hour's drive from Baku to reach Shahdag.

After reaching the starting point, enjoy a scenic Cable Car Ride (Included) to reach the Mountain Resort. After reaching, complete the check-in process. Relax and freshen up. Enjoy the rest of the time at leisure, as this resort has a lot to offer you. Later, after completing the day, enjoy an overnight stay in Shahdag.

Day 02
Shahdag Mountain Resort with Quba + Candle Light Dinner

Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, enjoy a scenic day at the Shahdag Mountain Resort. Enjoy the scenic view and capture the moments. One can enjoy many snow activities, such as Skiing, Sledding, Snowboarding, Ziplining, and Paragliding. This resort also has activities for kids like, Shahdag Kids Karting, Kids Quads, Trampoline, and many more. You can also enjoy various types of food and events here.

Later, after Shahdag Mountain, visit Quba, also known as the Red Village. It is known for being the largest Jewish community in that village. Explore the place, learn the history, and enjoy the surroundings.

Baku - City Tour

Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, get ready to explore Baku. Start your day by visiting the first sightseeing of the day, the Shirvanshah Palace (Photostop). This is an old historical Palace in Baku and also the First UNESCO World Heritage Site in Azerbaijan. After visiting the Palace, enjoy your lunch and later embark on your walking tour in Baku. Baku - Absheron & Gobustan tour

Hotel:

  • The above offer is not valid on blackout dates / Peak Dates. Please speak to our holiday expert for further information.
  • Rates / Hotels / Room Types may vary at the time of actual booking and are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
  • City tax if any levied in European countries, Malaysia, Dubai among others needs to be paid directly. These charges range from 1 to 5 per room per night depending on the level of the hotel.
  • Mandatory fees for Gala Dinner on the New Years Eve and Christmas Eve to be payable directly at the hotel at the time of check in if applicable.

Sightseeing:

  • Any increase in the rate of exchange leads to an increase in surface transportation and land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
  • Tours operated on a SIC basis will start from a central point located in the city Centre. Also for drop-off some tours may or may not provide drop-off (if they will provide then drop off location will be again some city Centre point).
  • Vehicle Booked on a Private basis will not be at disposal (Full day), it will be provided as per itinerary and point to point basis.
  • No amendment/changes in the tour itinerary will be entertained by local vendors while the guest is on tour as the services are pre-booked and incur cancellation charges.
  • Unutilized services are not refundable.
  • Itineraries shared at the time of Quotation/Confirmations are tentative and may change on tour if required keeping in mind the safety of the passengers.
  • Vehicle Booked on a Private basis will not be at disposal (Full day), it will be provided as per itinerary and point to point basis.
  • Tips to Drivers and guides are customary in most countries, and vary between USD 4 - 6 per person per day.
  • Any item NOT specified in the above itinerary will incur supplement charges.

Self-Drive:

  • License: Indian or International as per the law.
  • Credit card under the renter&39s name.
  • 2 credit cards are required under the renter&39s name if luxury cars like BMW are rented.
  • All parking, fuel and toll charges needs to be paid directly.

Cruise:

  • All the cruise liners worldwide apply gratuity to be paid and is compulsory. The same needs to be paid directly at the cruise or can be prepaid through us.
  • Booking Amount:
    • The booking amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Group Cancellation:
    • Cancellation 30 days or more prior to the departure date: 50% of the total tour cost as a cancellation fee.
    • Cancellation within 30 days or less of the departure date: 100% of the total tour cost as a cancellation fee.
  • Visa Rejection:
    • In case of visa rejection:
      • Passengers are responsible for cancellation charges on flights, hotels, and land packages as per the policy.
      • Passengers are responsible for full visa fees including processing charges, ODMV fees if applicable.
  • Partial Refund:
    • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting the necessary charges, including the non-refundable booking amount.
