Day 01
Srinagar Arrival - Pahalgam Transfer

Arrival at the Srinagar Airport. Complete your baggage collection. Meet and greet from our tour representative and enjoy your transfer to Pahalgam. It will take you around 02h30m drive to reach. After reaching, complete the check-in process. Relax and freshen up. Later, proceed for a Sightseeing Tour. Visit major attractions such as Saffron Field and many more. After completing your day, return ot your hotel. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay in Pahalgam. 

 

Please Note: In Pahalgam, your attached Vehicle can only be visited by you to make around of the local Bazaar from your Hotel to &  fro. However, visiting Aru, Chandanwari & Betaab Valley, you will have to hire a local Taxi on your own with the help of your Driver OR Hotel Manager OR in case same is included in your program, Vehicle will be provided by us thru your attached driver, specifically for visit to the Sightseeing places and such local Vehicle will be provided on trip wise basis with a maximum haltage of 60 Minutes at Aru, Betaab Valley and Chandanwari and should you stay for more than 60 minutes, extra hours will be charged by the driver and same should be paid directly to them.

PAHALGAM - SRINAGAR

Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, complete the check-out process and enjoy your transfer to Srinagar. It will take you around 02h30m drive to reach. After reaching, complete the check-in process. Relax and freshen up. Later, embark on a Sightseeing Tour. Visit the Mughal Gardens: Nishat Bagh (the garden of Pleasure) and Shalimar Bagh (the abode of love). These gardens are situated on the banks of Dal Lake. Day 03
Srinagar - Gulmarg Day Trip

Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, embark on a Full Day Excursion to Gulmarg. 

Gulmarg is a famous hill station and premier ski destination located in the Baramulla district of Jammu & Kashmir, India. Known for its breathtaking snow-covered landscapes, lush green meadows, and the world-renowned Gondola ride, Gulmarg is often called the “Meadow of Flowers.” One can have a Gondola ride (Cable Car) from Gulmarg to Khalinmarg and ice skating (at own cost). 

After completing your day, return to your hotel in Srinagar. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay in Srinagar.

 

Please Note: Gulmarg is an ECO Fragile Zone and as such running of our Vehicle is not permissible there due to Govtt restrictions, however, you may like to walk around or use ATV Bikes/ponies/sledges for visiting Gondola OR a Club House.(Please note that in case of heavy snowfall at Tangmarg our vehicle will stop at the Tangmarg area 12Kms short from Gulmarg)

Day 04
Srinagar - Day Excursion to Sonmarg

Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, embark on a Full Day Excursion to the picturesque 'meadow of gold’, Sonmarg. The fast-flowing Sindh River makes it popular for trout and mahseer fishing in summer. You can opt for a pony ride to one of the glaciers for some fun in the snow and ice (at your own expense). After completing your day, return to your hotel. Enjoy Dinner and an overnight stay in Srinagar.

 

Note: The vehicle will drop and pick you up at the Gagangair car stand or Proper Sonmarg as per conditions. To reach the glaciers, you can hire ponies on your own payment basis.

Please Note: Local Sightseeing around Sonamarg, such as visit to Thajiwas OR Zero Point, please note we do not include the same in our packages as they charge exorbitant rates not controlled by the Government. Visit to Thajiwas is worth seeing, for Thajiwas negotiate the prices at least up to 25-35% and that too on your own. For hiring Ponies OR Sledges OR Jackets & Shoes, etc. at Sonamarg, please recheck the prices before taking services, fix the prices after negotiations. For taking such services, please note down the shopkeepers / Pony Walla’s name and.. PLEASE GUESTS THAT THAJIWAS GLACIER IS OUT OF BOUNDS FOR TOURISTS ON A VEHICLE AT SONMARG.

NOTE: - Please note that in case of heavy snowfall in Sonamarg our vehicle will stop at Gagangir area 13 Kms short from Sonamarg from there guest can Hire Local Vehicle / Sledge for local sightseeing.

  • Disposal vehicle will be only available to guests if it&39s mentioned in the Inclusions Tab. Vehicles with disposal facilities will operate only within the city limits and not intercity for day excursions.
  • Disposal vehicles do not operate between 22:00 hrs to 07:00 hrs and supplement charges will be applicable to operate between these timings.
  • Missed Breakfast will be not be refunded due to early morning tours.
  • Menu in Meals will be as per hotels policy.
  • Check-in & Check-out time: generally Check-in varies between 2 pm-3 pm and check-out before 12 pm (noon). Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability and may result in an extra charge equivalent to one full day room rate
  • Unutilized services are not refundable.
  • Any item NOT specified in the above itinerary will incur supplement charges.
  • Any change in no of guests will undergo rate change
  • Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary needs to be settled by guests directly on tour with the local vendor.
  • Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to an increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, may come into effect prior to departure.
  • Any special request such as adjacent rooms, interconnecting rooms, room on the same floor, 1 king-size / 2 Twin bed, early check-in, late checkout, no/smoking room, etc. is subject to availability upon check-in of the guest and is at the hotel&39s discretion. We will request this for you as a priority.
  • Itineraries shared at the time of Quotation/Confirmations are tentative and may change on tour if required keeping in mind the safety of the passengers.
  • Tours are operated as per driver cum guide and no separate guides are arranged unless mentioned in inclusions.
  • No amendment/changes in the tour itinerary will be entertained by local vendors while the guest is on tour as the services are pre-booked and incur cancellation charges.
  • Expenses incurred due to mishaps, landslides, strikes, political unrest, etc. In such cases, extra will be charged as per actual.
  • A credit card with the required limit is mandatory if the passengers wish to book Self-driven vehicles.
  • We reserve the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to Force Majeure events, strikes, implementations of government rules/restrictions, lockdowns, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels/flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of a visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
  • We will not be liable for any cancellations due to any rules/restrictions imposed by the government of India. The client has to bear all charges imposed because of any such implementation. 
  • Blackout dates 16th December to 5th January

Booking Amount:

  • A non-refundable booking amount of INR 75,000 per person is required to confirm your reservation. This amount is part of the total tour cost and secures your place on the selected tour.

Payment Confirmation:

  • The booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the non-refundable booking amount. Until the booking amount is received, the reservation remains provisional and subject to availability.

Payment Methods:

  • Payments can be made through [bank transfer, Credit Card, Cheque payment]. Details for payment will be provided upon request or at the time of booking.

Remaining Payment:

  • The full and final payment for the tour must be completed as per the specified schedule outlined in the tour details or as communicated at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy:

  • The booking amount of INR 75,000 is non-refundable under any circumstances. In case of cancellation, the applicable cancellation charges will be calculated based on the total tour cost.

Name Change:

  • No name changes are allowed after the booking is confirmed. The booking is non-transferable to another individual.

Minimum Booking Amount:

  • The minimum booking amount of INR 75,000 is mandatory for each passenger, and it is a non-negotiable and non-refundable component.

Booking Confirmation:

  • Booking confirmation and all related communications will be sent to the email address provided by the traveler(s) at the time of booking.

Tour Participation:

  • Participation in the tour is subject to the full payment of the tour cost and compliance with all terms and conditions.

Credit Note:

  • In the event of a cancellation, the refunded amount (if any) will be provided in the form of a credit note, valid for future Holiday package bookings with Atlas Tours And Travels Pvt. Ltd.

Acceptance:

  • By making the booking and paying the non-refundable amount, the traveler(s) acknowledge having read, understood, and agreed to abide by the Standard T&C and booking terms and conditions.

If you Cancel your Holiday:

  • Cancellation policy charged by the local vendor depending on the season of travel will be applicable and the same needs to be accepted by the Guest.
  • Bookings Confirmed under Non-Refundable/Amendable/Cancellable Policy will be charged 100% once the booking gets confirmed.
  • Any on tour issues/changes or cancellation needs to be settled by the local vendor/driver during the course of the tour and no refunds or issues will be entertained post-tour completion.
  • If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get cancelled. In such cases, the operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible. However, a cash refund will not be applicable for the same.
  • Cancellations are strictly subjected to cancellation policies mentioned on the website & are irrespective of the date of booking.
