Muscat Arrival + Check-in

Arrival at the Muscat International Airport. Complete your customs and immigration. Meet and greet from our tour representative and transfer to your hotel in Muscat. After reaching, complete the check-in process. Relax and freshen up. Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. You can either enjoy the hotel amenities or explore the nearby areas, streets, shops, etc., or relax in your room and recharge yourself for the upcoming days. Day 02
Muscat - City Tour

Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, embark on a half-day city tour where you will cover many of the major attractions of Muscat.

Start your day with a visit to the magnificent Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque. It is the largest mosque in Oman. Next, you will explore the vibrant Muttrah Fish and Vegetable Market. Followed by, you will stroll through the bustling Muttrah Souk. It is a long-running, old-fashioned bazaar featuring household goods, clothing, spices, antiques & more. Later you will enjoy a scenic walk along the Muttrah Corniche before heading to the Bait Al Zubair Museum. The museum offers a fascinating glimpse into Oman's rich history, culture, and heritage. It has an extensive collection of ancient weapons, including khanjar, household equipment, and costumes. Continue your city tour with a photo stop at the historic Al Alam Palace and the Royal Opera House.

After completing your city tour, return to your hotel. Enjoy the rest of the time at leisure. End your day with an overnight stay in Muscat.

Muscat – Dolphin Watching

Early Morning breakfast at the hotel. You will be picked up from your hotel at 7:15 am.

Make a dream come true; step aboard to explore the hidden treasures of Oman’s Magical Coastline. 02 hours cruise will give you a fascinating experience and it's rare to miss the swimming Dolphins. Chances to see dolphins (usually common, spinner, bottlenose, or Indo-Pacific species) are high at any time of the year.

Day 04
Nizwa – Bahla – Jabrin

Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, experience Oman’s rich heritage and cultural landmarks with our Nizwa, Bahla, and Jabrin tours.

Start your day with a transfer from Muscat to Nizwa.  Nizwa is located on the southwestern side of Muscat with a distance of 1H30m drive. Nizwa is an ancient city in Oman known for its Fort and castle with a huge cylindrical tower built in the 17th century. It is also known as Nizwa Souk lined with handicrafts stalls and silversmiths working in small shops. 

Later continue your journey to Bahla. It is a 30-minute drive to reach Bahla from Nizwa. Bahla is a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its ancient fortifications and traditional pottery.

Conclude your journey at Jabrin, located at a distance of a 10-minute drive from Bahla, renowned for its stunning architecture and intricate interiors.

After completing your Tour, return to Muscat. The rest of the day will be at leisure. After completing your day, return to your hotel and enjoy an overnight stay in Muscat.

Dress Code During Tour

  • Grand Mosque - Female visitors must adhere to the dress code by wearing modest attire that covers their arms and legs, as well as headscarf.
  • Grand Mosque - Male Visitors should wear casual shirts and trousers as their attire of choice. 
  • Swimming in Wadis - Wadis are renowned tourist destinations for both locals and visitors alike. To show respect for the local culture, it is advised for women to wear clothing that covers up to their knees while enjoying a swim in these natural pools

  • All rates mentioned above are strictly for quotation purposes only. 
  • We hold the right to revoke the above offer at any point in time without any prior notice.
  • We reserve the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to Force Majeure events, strikes, implementations of government rules/restrictions, lockdowns, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels/flights, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.

Hotel:

  • Rates / Hotels / Room Types may vary at the time of actual booking and are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
  • City tax if any levied in European countries, Malaysia, Dubai among others needs to be paid directly. These charges range from 1 to 5 per room per night depending on the level of the hotel.
  • Mandatory fees for Gala Dinner on the New Years Eve and Christmas Eve to be payable directly at the hotel at the time of check in if applicable.

Sightseeing:

  • Any increase in the rate of exchange leads to an increase in surface transportation and land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
  • Tours operated on a SIC basis will start from a central point located in the city Centre. Also for drop-off some tours may or may not provide drop-off (if they will provide then drop off location will be again some city Centre point).
  • Vehicle Booked on a Private basis will not be at disposal (Full day), it will be provided as per itinerary and point to point basis.
  • No amendment/changes in the tour itinerary will be entertained by local vendors while the guest is on tour as the services are pre-booked and incur cancellation charges.
  • Unutilized services are not refundable.
  • Itineraries shared at the time of Quotation/Confirmations are tentative and may change on tour if required keeping in mind the safety of the passengers.
  • Vehicle Booked on a Private basis will not be at disposal (Full day), it will be provided as per itinerary and point to point basis.
  • Tips to Drivers and guides are customary in most countries, and vary between USD 4 - 6 per person per day.
  • Any item NOT specified in the above itinerary will incur supplement charges.

Self-Drive:

  • License: Indian or International as per the law.
  • Credit card under the renter&39s name.
  • 2 credit cards are required under the renter&39s name if luxury cars like BMW are rented.
  • All parking, fuel and toll charges needs to be paid directly.

Cruise:

  • All the cruise liners worldwide apply gratuity to be paid and is compulsory. The same needs to be paid directly at the cruise or can be prepaid through us.
  • Booking Amount:
    • The booking amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Group Cancellation:
    • Cancellation 30 days or more prior to the departure date: 50% of the total tour cost as a cancellation fee.
    • Cancellation within 30 days or less of the departure date: 100% of the total tour cost as a cancellation fee.
  • Visa Rejection:
    • In case of visa rejection:
      • Passengers are responsible for cancellation charges on flights, hotels, and land packages as per the policy.
      • Passengers are responsible for full visa fees including processing charges, ODMV fees if applicable.
  • Partial Refund:
    • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting the necessary charges, including the non-refundable booking amount.
