Arrival in Milan

As your much-awaited European journey begins, here’s how your first day will unfold based on your departure city:

Guests Departing from India (Scheduled Group Departure)
Guests travelling on the scheduled group departure will meet at the respective international airport as advised, well before the scheduled flight departure time. From here, you will fly together with the Tour Manager to Milan and begin your beautiful European journey.

Upon arrival at Milan Airport, the Tour Manager will assist you with airport formalities and ensure a smooth transfer to the hotel. Check-in will be as per hotel policy.

Guests Joining from Other Indian Cities / Overseas
Guests joining from other cities in India or from overseas are requested to ensure they have received complete travel details such as flight information, arrival terminal, visa validity, etc. The Tour Manager will meet you at Milan Airport or at the hotel/sightseeing point as communicated in advance.

    • All tour prices are quoted per person.
    • Tour cost has been calculated in EUR, converted at an exchange rate of EUR 1 = INR 110.

  3. Booking Amount
    • A non-refundable booking amount of ₹1,00,000 per person is required to confirm participation in the tour.
    • The booking amount forms part of the total tour cost and secures the seat.
    • The booking amount is mandatory, non-negotiable, and non-refundable under all circumstances.
  4. Booking Confirmation
    • A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the booking amount.
    • Until the booking amount is received, all reservations remain tentative and subject to availability.
  5. Mode of Payment
    • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or cheque.
    • Payment details will be shared at the time of booking.
  6. Credit Note
    • Any eligible refundable amount (if applicable) will be issued only in the form of a Credit Note.

  7. Visa & Immigration
    • Granting of visa is the sole discretion of the respective embassy or consulate.

  8. Flight & Airline Conditions

  9. Hotel Check-in / Check-out

    • The tour is subject to a minimum number of passengers.

    • Atlas Tours & Travels Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to amend, alter, vary, or change the itinerary, sightseeing sequence, or services due to operational requirements, weather conditions, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond control.
    • Such changes shall not entitle guests to any refund.
  12. Missed Sightseeing / Meals
    • Any sightseeing, excursion, activity, or meal missed due to late arrival, early departure, flight delays, personal reasons, health issues, refusal to participate, or any other reason shall not be refunded or compensated.
  13. Name Change / Transfer
    • No name changes or transfers are permitted after booking confirmation.
    • The booking is strictly non-transferable.
  14. Responsibility & Liability
    • Atlas Tours & Travels Pvt. Ltd. acts only as a tour operator and shall not be responsible for loss of baggage, personal belongings, injuries, accidents, or damages caused by third-party service providers.
  15. Conduct During Tour
    • Atlas Tours & Travels Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to remove any guest from the tour for misconduct, indiscipline, or behaviour detrimental to the group, without any refund.
  16. Communication
    • All confirmations, invoices, and tour communications will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking.
    • Guests are responsible for ensuring that contact details shared are accurate.
  17. Acceptance of Terms
    • By confirming the booking and making payment, the guest(s) acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions and agree to abide by the same.

      • Passengers are responsible for cancellation charges on flights, hotels, and land packages as per the policy.
