After two nights in Makkah, the journey continues to Madinah for a peaceful stay near the Prophet’s Mosque, allowing time for reflection and prayer. Jeddah Arrival – Makkah Transfer

Arrive at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah. Meet and greet by the tour operator's representative. Transfer from the airport to the hotel in Makkah. Perform Umrah upon arrival. After performing Umrah, return back to the Hotel. Overnight in Makkah.

Taif – Departure

Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, complete the check-out process. Start your sightseeing by visiting the Sharif Museum. The museum showcases the history and heritage of the region, with exhibits displaying artifacts, traditional costumes, and historical documents related to Taif's culture and ruling Sharif family. After the museum, head to Masjid Addas, which holds historical and religious significance. head to Al Hada Mountain and take a cable car ride for spectacular views of Taif's landscapes. The Al Hada Mountain resort area offers refreshing weather, making it an enjoyable experience to explore and take in the scenic beauty. After enjoying your time in Taif, depart for Jeddah for your departure flight.

Hotel:

  • Rates / Hotels / Room Types may vary at the time of actual booking and are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
  • City tax if any levied in European countries, Malaysia, Dubai among others needs to be paid directly. These charges range from 1 to 5 per room per night depending on the level of the hotel.
  • Mandatory fees for Gala Dinner on the New Years Eve and Christmas Eve to be payable directly at the hotel at the time of check in if applicable.

Sightseeing:

  • Any increase in the rate of exchange leads to an increase in surface transportation and land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
  • Tours operated on a SIC basis will start from a central point located in the city Centre. Also for drop-off some tours may or may not provide drop-off (if they will provide then drop off location will be again some city Centre point).
  • Vehicle Booked on a Private basis will not be at disposal (Full day), it will be provided as per itinerary and point to point basis.
  • No amendment/changes in the tour itinerary will be entertained by local vendors while the guest is on tour as the services are pre-booked and incur cancellation charges.
  • Unutilized services are not refundable.
  • Itineraries shared at the time of Quotation/Confirmations are tentative and may change on tour if required keeping in mind the safety of the passengers.

  • Tips to Drivers and guides are customary in most countries, and vary between USD 4 - 6 per person per day.

Self-Drive:

  • License: Indian or International as per the law.
  • Credit card under the renter&39s name.
  • 2 credit cards are required under the renter&39s name if luxury cars like BMW are rented.
  • All parking, fuel and toll charges needs to be paid directly.

Cruise:

  • All the cruise liners worldwide apply gratuity to be paid and is compulsory. The same needs to be paid directly at the cruise or can be prepaid through us.
  • Booking Amount:
    • The booking amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Group Cancellation:
    • Cancellation 30 days or more prior to the departure date: 50% of the total tour cost as a cancellation fee.
    • Cancellation within 30 days or less of the departure date: 100% of the total tour cost as a cancellation fee.
  • Visa Rejection:
    • In case of visa rejection:
      • Passengers are responsible for cancellation charges on flights, hotels, and land packages as per the policy.
      • Passengers are responsible for full visa fees including processing charges, ODMV fees if applicable.
  • Partial Refund:
    • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting the necessary charges, including the non-refundable booking amount.
