  • Age limit: Pilgrims must be above 12 years of age (subject to Hajj Policy 2026)
  • Pilgrims must be fully vaccinated with a WHO-approved COVID-19 vaccine at least one month prior to departure
  • A PCR test must be done within 72 hours of departure to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (if applicable)
  • Moallim number, services in Mina, Arafat, and Muzdalifah, and their allotment will be as per the new policy of the Ministry of Hajj, KSA
  • Extra luggage beyond the allowance on the air ticket will be charged to the pilgrim
  • Qurbani is not included and will be subject to local municipal laws of Makkah
  • Room allotment in hotels is done by hotel management; room preferences will not be entertained
  • Room types are:

  • Triple Room = 2 normal beds + 1 extra bed

  • A new biometric system for Hajj visa processing is proposed from Hajj 2026. If implemented, the visa process will change accordingly. Updates will be communicated in due course
  • Services in Mina and Arafat, including tent location and bedding, are governed by the Saudi Government and are subject to change without notice, even on the day of stay. No refund shall be provided
  • Transportation for Tawaf-e-Ziyarah is not included
  • Transportation in Hajj is provided by the Moallim. Transport from Muzdalifah to Mina is not included
  • Transport from Aziziyah hotel to Haram during the shifting period is not provided and will be on your own
  • All disputes are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only
  • The tour operator is an aggregator of services and is not responsible for de­ciencies in third-party services
  • Arabic food during the 5 days of Hajj will be served by the Moallim in Food Parcels
