Day 01
Port Blair Arrival + Havelock Transfer

Arrival at the Port Blair Airport. Complete your baggage collection process. Meet and greet from our tour representative, and enjoy your transfer to Port Blair Jetty for your onward journey to Havelock. On arrival, enjoy your transfer to the hotel. After reaching, complete the check-in process. Relax and freshen up. Later, visit the Blue Flag certified “Radha Nagar Beach” for a swim and relaxation. Spend your day there and enjoy your time. After completing your day, return to your hotel and enjoy an overnight stay in Havelock Island.

Please Note: Do not forget to carry changing clothes and a towel as it’s not permitted to board the vehicle with wet clothes. Please cooperate.

Day 02
Havelock - Elephenta Beach

Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, proceed to “Elephanta Beach” also known as Coral Beach. Elephanta Beach is popular for Snorkelling and other water-based activities such as a Jet Ski ride, Banana Ride, and Sea Walk. You reach Elephanta beach via a small 11 pax capacity sharing basis boat board at the jetty. You will be allotted a time for the boat a day before, and you need to get ready accordingly. Do not forget to carry a water bottle, snacks, and changing clothes, as it’s not permitted to board the vehicle with wet clothes. After completing your day, return to your hotel and enjoy an overnight stay in Havelock Island.

  • Vehicle Booked on a Private basis will not be at disposal (Full day), it will be provided as per itinerary and point to point basis.
  • Disposal vehicle will be only available to guests if it&39s mentioned in the Inclusions Tab. Vehicles with disposal facilities will operate only within the city limits and not intercity for day excursions.
  • Disposal vehicles do not operate between 22:00 hrs to 07:00 hrs and supplement charges will be applicable to operate between these timings.
  • Missed Breakfast will be not be refunded due to early morning tours.
  • Menu in Meals will be as per hotels policy.
  • Check-in & Check-out time: generally Check-in varies between 2 pm-3 pm and check-out before 12 pm (noon). Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability and may result in an extra charge equivalent to one full day room rate
  • Unutilized services are not refundable.
  • Any item NOT specified in the above itinerary will incur supplement charges.
  • Any change in no of guests will undergo rate change
  • Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary needs to be settled by guests directly on tour with the local vendor.

  • Any special request such as adjacent rooms, interconnecting rooms, room on the same floor, 1 king-size / 2 Twin bed, early check-in, late checkout, no/smoking room, etc. is subject to availability upon check-in of the guest and is at the hotel&39s discretion. We will request this for you as a priority.
  • Itineraries shared at the time of Quotation/Confirmations are tentative and may change on tour if required keeping in mind the safety of the passengers.
  • Tours are operated as per driver cum guide and no separate guides are arranged unless mentioned in inclusions.
  • No amendment/changes in the tour itinerary will be entertained by local vendors while the guest is on tour as the services are pre-booked and incur cancellation charges.
  • Expenses incurred due to mishaps, landslides, strikes, political unrest, etc. In such cases, extra will be charged as per actual.
  • A credit card with the required limit is mandatory if the passengers wish to book Self-driven vehicles.
  • We reserve the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to Force Majeure events, strikes, implementations of government rules/restrictions, lockdowns, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels/flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of a visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
