Day 01
Hanoi - Arrival + City Tour with Cyclo tour

Arrival at the Noi Bai International Airport. Complete your customs and immigration. Meet and greet from our tour representative and enjoy your transfer to the Hotel. After reaching, complete the check-in process. Relax and freshen up. Later, embark on a Hanoi City Tour. Proceed to visit Ho Chi Minh Complex, which features the life of Ho Chi Minh, the nation’s founder. At the complex, visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the colonial Presidential Palace, and the One Pillar Pagoda. Continue to the Temple of Literature, known as the first university of Vietnam, built in 1070 by the Ly Dynasty to honor Confucius, sages, and outstanding Vietnamese scholars. And continue the tour to one of the following museums of choice, namely: The Museum of Fine Arts, the National Museum of Vietnamese History, the Museum of Revolution, the Museum of Military History, or the Museum of Ethnology. Late afternoon, visit Hoan Kiem Lake and Ngoc Son Temple, located on an islet in the lake. Hoan Kiem Lake is the center point of Hanoi and home to a rare endangered giant turtle species. Its name, “Returned Sword,” comes from a legend of a sacred sword being lent to an ancient Vietnamese King by a holy turtle from the lake and later returned to the turtle. Next, shop or walk at leisure in the Old Quarter of 36 ancient streets.

Later, Cyclo tours—or xich lo tours—used to be quite common in Saigon, phased out for taxis and motorbikes. On this tour, you’ll experience this fun pastime, exploring the city in the breeze like the travelers of yesteryear. Your driver will take you past the city’s main highlights, from Ben Thanh Market to the Independence Palace and beyond, no breaking a sweat required.

After completing your day, return to your hotel and enjoy an overnight stay in Hanoi.

Day 02
Hanoi - Ha Long Bay Cruise

Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, complete the check-out process and enjoy your transfer to Ha Long Bay. It will take you around 02h40m drive to reach. On the way, you will see some rural areas of the Red River Delta with plenty of chances to take photos of Vietnamese farmers working in paddy fields. Stop halfway to visit a handicraft workshop of fine clothes and embroidered paintings. Arrive in Ha Long City at 11:30 AM and check in on board with some welcome drinks. Start cruising while having lunch on board and enjoy the mighty bay view.

Ha Long Bay, meaning Descending Dragon Bay in Vietnamese, is named after a legend that it was where a holy dragon landed from the sky. The bay, famous as one of the world’s wonders and heritage sites whose formation dates back 500 million years, consists of around 2,000 karst islands and islets scattered over an area of 1,553 km2. The bay cruise will continue with up close sighting of Dinh Huong Island, Ga Choi Island, Dog Island, Sail Island, a visit to Sung Sot Cave, and a swimming stop at Titov Beach.

Relax to enjoy the bay view at sunset, have dinner after, go fishing at 09:00 PM, and spend a night on board.

Ha Long – Hanoi Transfer

Early risers can enjoy the splendid yet tranquil view of the bay at the crack of dawn. Breathe the sea’s fresh air, feel the morning breeze, and hear the sounds of birds above. Have breakfast and cruise to visit the Human head-shaped island and Tortoise Island. Continue to cruise into Bai Tu Long Bay to discover the adjacent bay of “The Little Dragon Bowing to His Mother,” as it is named. Later, check out and have lunch on board while heading to shore. Day 05
Ho Chi Minh - Cu Chi Tunnels

Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, take a half-day tour to the Cu Chi Tunnels, 75 km Northwest of downtown Ho Chi Minh City, which were once a major underground hideout and resistance base of Viet Cong forces during the two wars against the French and later on Americans. The tunnels, entirely hand-dug, formed a highly intricate network of interlinked multilevel passageways at times stretched as far as the Cambodian border and totaling over 120 km in length. Its complexity was beyond imagination, containing meeting rooms, kitchens, wells, clinics, schools, depots, trenches, and emergency exits all aimed for guerrilla warfare. The tunnels were deep and strong enough to withstand destructive bombings and self-contained enough to outlast prolonged sieges. After completing your visits, return to your hotel in Ho Chi Minh and enjoy an overnight stay.

Ho Chi Minh - City Tour & Departure

Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, complete the check-out process and embark on your Ho Chi Minh City Tour. Visit Saigon Notre-Dame Basilica (is renovating until 2022), a neo-Roman cathedral built by the colonial French with materials entirely imported from Marseilles, Saigon Central Post Office, which was designed and constructed in the early 20th Century by the famous French architect Gustave Eiffel. Then, visit the War Remnants Museum, which features an extensive collection of exhibits including weaponry, photos, and documentation on Vietnam’s wars with the French and Americans. At the end of the day, you have free time to go shopping at Ben Thanh Market. Then transfer to the airport for the departure flight.

Hotel:

  • Rates / Hotels / Room Types may vary at the time of actual booking and are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
  • City tax if any levied in European countries, Malaysia, Dubai among others needs to be paid directly. These charges range from 1 to 5 per room per night depending on the level of the hotel.
  • Mandatory fees for Gala Dinner on the New Years Eve and Christmas Eve to be payable directly at the hotel at the time of check in if applicable.

Sightseeing:

  • Any increase in the rate of exchange leads to an increase in surface transportation and land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
  • Tours operated on a SIC basis will start from a central point located in the city Centre. Also for drop-off some tours may or may not provide drop-off (if they will provide then drop off location will be again some city Centre point).
  • Vehicle Booked on a Private basis will not be at disposal (Full day), it will be provided as per itinerary and point to point basis.
  • No amendment/changes in the tour itinerary will be entertained by local vendors while the guest is on tour as the services are pre-booked and incur cancellation charges.
  • Unutilized services are not refundable.
  • Itineraries shared at the time of Quotation/Confirmations are tentative and may change on tour if required keeping in mind the safety of the passengers.

  • Tips to Drivers and guides are customary in most countries, and vary between USD 4 - 6 per person per day.

Self-Drive:

  • License: Indian or International as per the law.
  • Credit card under the renter&39s name.
  • 2 credit cards are required under the renter&39s name if luxury cars like BMW are rented.
  • All parking, fuel and toll charges needs to be paid directly.

Cruise:

  • All the cruise liners worldwide apply gratuity to be paid and is compulsory. The same needs to be paid directly at the cruise or can be prepaid through us.
  • Booking Amount:
    • The booking amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Group Cancellation:
    • Cancellation 30 days or more prior to the departure date: 50% of the total tour cost as a cancellation fee.
    • Cancellation within 30 days or less of the departure date: 100% of the total tour cost as a cancellation fee.
  • Visa Rejection:
    • In case of visa rejection:
      • Passengers are responsible for cancellation charges on flights, hotels, and land packages as per the policy.
      • Passengers are responsible for full visa fees including processing charges, ODMV fees if applicable.
  • Partial Refund:
