Day 01
Baku Arrival - Gabala Transfer with Sightseeing

Arrival at the Baku International Airport. Complete your check-in and immigration. Meet and greet from our tour representative and enjoy your transfer to Gabala. It will take you around 04 hour drive to reach. After reaching, complete the check-in process. Relax and freshen up.

Later, visit the Tufandag Mountain. Take a scenic cable car ride(included) up Tufandag Mountain, known for stunning landscapes and panoramic views. Enjoy some snow activities (at your own expense) or simply take in the mountain scenery. 

Later, visit the Nohur Lake, a serene spot surrounded by lush forests and mountains. Capture picturesque moments with the lake’s turquoise waters reflecting the surrounding peaks. Enjoy some boating activities like paddle boating (on your own).

Gabala - Historical Sheki Exploration

Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, embark on the Sheki Exploration Tour. Visit the Palace of Shaki Khans. This historic palace is known for its intricate stained-glass windows and elaborate Persian architecture. 

Visit the ancient Church of Kish, one of the oldest Albanian Christian sites in Azerbaijan, with rich historical significance. Capture the church surrounded by the stunning mountain scenery.

Visit the Sheki Karvansaray. Stop for photos at Sheki Karvansaray, a historic caravanserai that once served Silk Road traders.

Drive to Shahdag Mountain for a full-day adventure. Enjoy a scenic cable car ride over the snow-capped peaks and lush landscapes. You have a variety of optional activities, such as skiing, snowboarding, or hiking (at your own expense).

Enjoy your lunch after the Shahdag Mountain adventure.

Later, after lunch, visit your next destination, i.e., Red Village (Quba).

Baku - Absheron & Gobustan tour

  • Rates / Hotels / Room Types may vary at the time of actual booking and are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
  • City tax if any levied in European countries, Malaysia, Dubai among others needs to be paid directly. These charges range from 1 to 5 per room per night depending on the level of the hotel.
  • Mandatory fees for Gala Dinner on the New Years Eve and Christmas Eve to be payable directly at the hotel at the time of check in if applicable.

Sightseeing:

  • Any increase in the rate of exchange leads to an increase in surface transportation and land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
  • Tours operated on a SIC basis will start from a central point located in the city Centre. Also for drop-off some tours may or may not provide drop-off (if they will provide then drop off location will be again some city Centre point).
  • Vehicle Booked on a Private basis will not be at disposal (Full day), it will be provided as per itinerary and point to point basis.
  • No amendment/changes in the tour itinerary will be entertained by local vendors while the guest is on tour as the services are pre-booked and incur cancellation charges.
  • Unutilized services are not refundable.
  • Itineraries shared at the time of Quotation/Confirmations are tentative and may change on tour if required keeping in mind the safety of the passengers.

  • Tips to Drivers and guides are customary in most countries, and vary between USD 4 - 6 per person per day.

Self-Drive:

  • License: Indian or International as per the law.
  • Credit card under the renter&39s name.
  • 2 credit cards are required under the renter&39s name if luxury cars like BMW are rented.
  • All parking, fuel and toll charges needs to be paid directly.

Cruise:

  • All the cruise liners worldwide apply gratuity to be paid and is compulsory. The same needs to be paid directly at the cruise or can be prepaid through us.
  • Booking Amount:
    • The booking amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Group Cancellation:
    • Cancellation 30 days or more prior to the departure date: 50% of the total tour cost as a cancellation fee.
    • Cancellation within 30 days or less of the departure date: 100% of the total tour cost as a cancellation fee.
  • Visa Rejection:
    • In case of visa rejection:
      • Passengers are responsible for cancellation charges on flights, hotels, and land packages as per the policy.
      • Passengers are responsible for full visa fees including processing charges, ODMV fees if applicable.
  • Partial Refund:
    • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting the necessary charges, including the non-refundable booking amount.
