Aurangabad Arrival + Sightseeing

Arrival at the Aurangabad Station. Complete your baggage collection. Meet and greet from our tour representative and enjoy your transfer to your Hotel. After reaching, complete the check-in process. Relax and freshen up. After freshening up, visit Daulatabad Fort (Devgiri Killa). Spend your time at the Daulatabad Fort and enjoy the surroundings. Evening will be free at leisure. Explore the nearby surroundings, cafes, restaurants, etc. After completing your day, return to your hotel and enjoy an overnight stay at Aurangabad.

Aurangabad – Departure Full Day Excursion to Ajanta (Optional)

Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, proceed for a Full-Day Excursion to Ajanta (closed on Monday). These 2nd-century caves are fine achievements by Buddhist monks. Beautiful frescoes, wall paintings, and vivid sculptures reflect the peak of ancient Indian art and architecture. The horseshoe-shaped gorge has 30 caves divided into two phases. After completing your Full Day Excursion, you will be dropped off at Aurangabad Airport/Railway Station

Note: This full excursion is only possible if the Guest’s Departure Flight/Train is in the evening

  • Vehicle Booked on a Private basis will not be at disposal (Full day), it will be provided as per itinerary and point to point basis.
  • Disposal vehicle will be only available to guests if it&39s mentioned in the Inclusions Tab. Vehicles with disposal facilities will operate only within the city limits and not intercity for day excursions.
  • Disposal vehicles do not operate between 22:00 hrs to 07:00 hrs and supplement charges will be applicable to operate between these timings.
  • Missed Breakfast will be not be refunded due to early morning tours.
  • Menu in Meals will be as per hotels policy.
  • Check-in & Check-out time: generally Check-in varies between 2 pm-3 pm and check-out before 12 pm (noon). Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability and may result in an extra charge equivalent to one full day room rate
  • Unutilized services are not refundable.
  • Any item NOT specified in the above itinerary will incur supplement charges.
  • Any change in no of guests will undergo rate change
  • Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary needs to be settled by guests directly on tour with the local vendor.
  • Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to an increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, may come into effect prior to departure.
  • Any special request such as adjacent rooms, interconnecting rooms, room on the same floor, 1 king-size / 2 Twin bed, early check-in, late checkout, no/smoking room, etc. is subject to availability upon check-in of the guest and is at the hotel&39s discretion. We will request this for you as a priority.
  • Itineraries shared at the time of Quotation/Confirmations are tentative and may change on tour if required keeping in mind the safety of the passengers.
  • Tours are operated as per driver cum guide and no separate guides are arranged unless mentioned in inclusions.
  • No amendment/changes in the tour itinerary will be entertained by local vendors while the guest is on tour as the services are pre-booked and incur cancellation charges.
  • Expenses incurred due to mishaps, landslides, strikes, political unrest, etc. In such cases, extra will be charged as per actual.
  • A credit card with the required limit is mandatory if the passengers wish to book Self-driven vehicles.
  • We reserve the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to Force Majeure events, strikes, implementations of government rules/restrictions, lockdowns, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels/flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of a visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
