Overview

 

The first 15 days of the pilgrimage begin with the arrival in Jeddah, followed by a transfer to Makkah where participants perform Umrah. Over the next 10 days in Makkah, pilgrims engage in various acts of worship, including daily prayers, Tawaf, and Sa'i, with optional visits to significant sites like the Cave of Hira. On the 11th day, they travel to Madinah, checking into a hotel and visiting the Prophet's Mosque. The remaining four days in Madinah involve acts of worship, visits to sites like Quba Mosque and Uhud Mountain, and reflections on the life of Prophet Muhammad. The pilgrimage concludes on the 16th day with a departure from Madinah to Jeddah Airport.

Day 1: Arrival in Jeddah – Transfer to Makkah

Arrive at King Abdul-Aziz International Airport in Jeddah.

Meet and greet by the tour operator's representative.

Travel by private transportation to Makkah.

 Day 02- 10: Makkah

 Stay in Makkah.

Engage in various acts of worship, including the five daily prayers, recitation of the Quran, and voluntary prayers.

Perform Tawaf around the Kaaba.

Perform Sa'i between Safa and Marwa.

Optional visits to significant sites in Makkah, such as the Cave of Hira and Jabal Al-Nour.

Day 11: Travel to Madinah

Check out from the hotel in Makkah.

Travel by private transportation to Madinah.

Arrive in Madinah and check into the hotel.

Visit the Prophet's Mosque (Masjid an-Nabawi) and offer prayers.

Day 12-15: Madinah

Stay in Madinah.

Engage in various acts of worship, including prayers and supplications at the Prophet's Mosque.

Visit significant sites in Madinah, such as the Quba Mosque, Uhud Mountain, and Qiblatain Mosque.

Spend time reflecting on the life and teachings of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).

Day 16: Departure.

Transfer from Madinah Hotel to Jeddah Airport.

  • Food provided will be on a Full/Board basis by the hotel management
  • No refund in case of unused services or lesser duration of stay
  • The tour dates, Flight schedule and Tour Itinerary programs are provisional and subject to change as per Flight availability etc. And program shall be followed as per the English Calendar only. In case of fare difference arises, then the customer shall bear it.

  • Arabic dates may be changed subject to sighting of moon
  • The tour costs are based on Saudi Riyal @ Rs.22.50/. Any increase in the given rates at the time of delivery of passport before departures of the tour shall be collected from the passengers
  • If you travel individually other than group dates, you will bear the additional transportation charges as per your itinerary
  • Extra luggage other than mentioned on ticket would be paid by the pilgrim
  • We are not responsible for any luggage losses, Injuries, damages, Accidents or additional expenses due to any reason, not limited to, delay of flight, act of god, deportation, umrah visa expiry, theft, personal injuries, damages related to laundry.
