Vehicle Booked on Private basis will not be at disposal (Full day), it will be provided as per itinerary and point to point basis.
- Disposal vehicle will be only available to guest if it&39s mentioned in the Inclusions Tab. Vehicles with disposal facility will operate only within the city limits and not intercity for day excursions.

Disposal vehicles do not operate between 22:00 hrs to 07:00 hrs and supplement charges will be applicable to operate between these timings.

Missed Breakfast will be not be refunded due to early morning tours.
- Menu in Meals will be as per hotels policy.

Check-in & Check-out time: generally Check-in varies between 2 pm-3 pm and check-out before 12 pm (noon). Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability and may result in an extra charge equivalent to one full day room rate

Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary needs to be settled by guest directly on tour with the local vendor.

Any special request such as adjacent rooms, interconnecting rooms, room on the same floor, 1 king-size / 2 Twin bed, early check-in, late checkout, no/smoking room, etc. is subject to availability upon check-in of the guest and is at the hotels discretion. We will request this for you as a priority.

Itineraries shared at the time of Quotation/Confirmations are tentative and may change on tour if required keeping in mind the safety of the passengers.

Tours are operated as per driver cum guide and no separate guides are arranged unless mentioned in inclusions.

No amendment/changes in the tour itinerary will be entertained by local vendors while the guest is on tour as the services are pre-booked and incur cancellation charges.

Expenses incurred due to mishap, landslide, strikes, political unrest etc. In such cases, extra will be charged as per actual.

A credit Card with the required limit is mandatory if the passengers wish to book Self-driven vehicles.

All rates quoted are exclusive of all Service Taxes applicable as per revision of Government Notification 4/2017 w.e.f. 22nd January 2018.

5.00% GST applicable on the total payable amount unless mentioned in Inclusions.

We reserve the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to Force Majeure events, strikes, implementations of government rules/restrictions, lockdowns, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels/flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of a visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.

Atlas Holidays will not be liable for any cancellations due to any rules/restrictions imposed by the government of India. The client has to bear all charges imposed because of any such implementation.

Special Instruction due to current COVID19 situations:

All tourists would either have to present a vaccination completion certificate or a COVID-19 negative report at least 72 hours before the scheduled travel or physically after arrival at the respective airports, this may varies as per State GOVT policies.

Vaccination completion certificate either be linked with Aadhar card.

Tourists will need to observe physical distancing of at least 6 feet to other group of people.

The entrance of each attraction to have mandatory and hygiene and thermal scanning provision.

Use of face cover and mask is mandatory for all the visitors.

The security staff inside the attraction will ensure that there is no crowding in any area.

all passengers will be advised to download the Aarogya Setu app on their mobile phones

Tourists detected to have symptoms will have to be isolated, clinically assessed and tested for COVID.

If they test positive, they shall be kept in an isolation facility and managed as per the existing treatment protocol

Tourists have to keep a copy of itinerary, may be have to submit their itinerary indicating the places to be visited, the place they’ll be staying at and the respective contact numbers to the concerned health officials at the airport.

They will also have to self-isolate from other group members in a room or area and use face mask till the time they are examined by a doctor
