Itineraries shared at the time of Quotation/Confirmations are tentative and may change on tour if required keeping in mind the safety of the passengers.
Tours are operated as per driver cum guide and no separate guides are arranged unless mentioned in inclusions.
No amendment/changes in the tour itinerary will be entertained by local vendors while the guest is on tour as the services are pre-booked and incur cancellation charges.
Expenses incurred due to mishaps, landslides, strikes, political unrest, etc. In such cases, extra will be charged as per actual.
A credit card with the required limit is mandatory if the passengers wish to book Self-driven vehicles.
All rates quoted are exclusive of all Service Taxes applicable as per revision of Government Notification 4/2017 w.e.f. 22nd January 2018.

We reserve the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to Force Majeure events, strikes, implementations of government rules/restrictions, lockdowns, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels/flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of a visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
Atlas Holidays will not be liable for any cancellations due to any rules/restrictions imposed by the government of India. The client has to bear all charges imposed because of any such implementation.
Important Note:
1) AS PER INSTRUCTIONS FROM LOCAL ADMINISTRATION FOR COVID SAFETY UPON ARRIVAL AT THE AIRPORT THE CLIENT HAS TO PRODUCE COVID NEGATIVE REPORT ISSUED FROM THE ICMR REGISTERED HOSPITAL MADE NOT MORE THAN 48 HRS. ONCE THE REPORT IS SHOWN TO THE MEDICAL OFFICERS, HE IS SAFE TO TRAVEL IN ANDAMANS THROUGHOUT. BUT IF THE CLIENTS DOESN’T HAVE THE NEGATIVE REPORT THEN THEY SHALL BE RETURNED TO THE ORIGIN-DESTINATION FROM THE AIRPORT ITSELF FOR WHICH THE CHARGES HAS TO BE PAID BY THE CLIENT DIRECTLY OR THEY SHALL BE QUARANTINED AND ALL THE EXTRAS HAS TO BE PAID BY THE CLIENT DIRECTLY. IN THAT CASE, THERE WOULD BE NO REFUND APPLICABLE AGAINST THE TOUR PAID ON THE HOTEL AND TRANSFERS PART AND 100% RETENTION SHALL BE APPLICABLE.
2) KINDLY NOTE THAT ALL THE SIGHTSEEING HAS BEEN UNDERTAKEN BY THE LOCAL GOVT. ADMINISTRATION THEREFORE THERE MIGHT BE DELAY/CANCELLATION IN ANY OF THE BELOW SIGHTSEEING WITHOUT ANY PRIOR INFORMATION. IN CASE THE SAME HAPPENS ALTERNATE SIGHTSEEING WOULD BE PROVIDED.
3) KINDLY NOTE THAT AS PER THE LATEST UPDATE FROM THE HOTELS IN CASE OF ANY NATURAL CALAMITIES, BAD WEATHER CONDITIONS, OR CANCELLATION OF FERRIES THERE WOULD BE NO REFUND ON THE HOTEL AND FERRY PART AND ALL THE EXTRAS WOULD BE ON A DIRECT PAYMENT BASIS. KINDLY INFORM THE CLIENTS ACCORDINGLY TO AVOID ON-TOUR COMPLAINTS.
4) KINDLY NOTE THAT AS PER THE AVAILABILITY AND DISCRETION OF FERRY MANAGEMENT FERRY TICKETS (MORNING/AFTERNOON) SHALL BE BOOKED TO PORT BLAIR - HAVELOCK/NEIL ISLAND OR VICE VERSA. REQUEST YOU TO PLS INFORM THE CLIENTS ACCORDINGLY TO AVOID ODOR COMPLAINTS.
5) AS PER THE UPDATE FROM ADMINISTRATION ONCE THE TICKETS FOR THE LIGHT AND SOUND SHOW AT CELLULAR JAIL ARE BOOKED ON THE PARTICULAR DAY AND IF THE SHOW IS CANCELLED UNDER ANY CONDITION THERE WOULD BE NO REFUND. TICKETS FOR THE NEXT SHOW WOULD BE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AND ON A DIRECT PAYMENT BASIS. ALSO AS PER THE AVAILABILITY LIGHT AND SHOW TICKETS SHALL BE PROVIDED ie:- 01st Show, 02nd Show, 03rd Show or 04th Show. THE SAME SHALL BE APPLICABLE FOR GOVT. ENTRY PERMITS IN ROSS ISLAND /NORTH BAY. ALSO, SINCE THE LIGHT AND SOUND SHOW TICKETS ARE ONLINE THEREFORE IF TICKETS FOR LIGHT AND SOUND SHOW ARE FULL THE CLIENTS WOULD BE PROVIDED A VISIT TO CELLULAR JAIL INSTEAD OF LIGHT AND SOUND SHOW. INFORM THE CLIENTS ACCORDINGLY.
6) PLS NOTE THAT AT HAVELOCK DUE TO LIMITED VEHICLES THE VEHICLES HAVE TO CATER TO ALL THE CLIENTS ON A TIMELY BASIS THEREFORE AT SOME PERIODS ESPECIALLY DURING PEAK PERIODS THERE MIGHT BE DELAY IN REACHING THE VEHICLE AT THE HOTEL/SIGHTSEEING SPOTS WHICH THE GUEST HAS TO ADJUST AS THE SAME IS NOT UNDER OUR CONTROL. SIMILARLY, DURING PICK UP AND DROP AT LIGHT AND SOUND SHOW AT CELLULAR JAIL AND NORTH BAY/ROSS ISLAND EXCURSION AT PORT BLAIR THE VEHICLE HAS TO DROP THE CLIENT, AND IMMEDIATELY THE VEHICLE IS FORCED BY THE POLICE OFFICIALS TO PARK THE VEHICLE AT THE PARKING LOT. THEREFORE, ONCE THE LIGHT AND SOUND SHOW IS OVER OR RETURN FROM NORTH BAY/ROSS ISLAND EXCURSION THERE MIGHT BE DELAY AS THERE IS HEAVY RUSH DURING THAT TIME AND GUEST HAS TO WAIT PATIENTLY TILL THE VEHICLES COMES AT THE SPOT TO PICK THEM UP.
7) KINDLY NOTE THAT AS OF NOW JUST TWO PRIVATE FERRIES (MAKRUZZ/GREEN OCEAN) ARE OPERATING THEREFORE IF THE PRIVATE FERRY TICKETS ARE SOLD OUT THEN THE CLIENTS SHALL BE TRANSFERRED TO HAVELOCK AND NEIL ISLAND BY GOVT. FERRY.
8) KINDLY NOTE THAT SEA-FACING ROOMS AT FORTUNE RESORT BAY ISLAND AT PORT BLAIR ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AND WITH A SUPPLEMENT COST OF RS. 3000 PER ROOM PER NIGHT FOR WHICH THE CLIENTS HAVE TO PAY DIRECTLY AT THE HOTEL UPON ALLOTMENT.
If you Cancel your Holiday:
Cancellation policy charged by the local vendor depending on the season of travel will be applicable and the same needs to be accepted by the Guest.
Bookings Confirmed under Non-Refundable/Amendable/Cancellable Policy will be charged 100% once the booking gets confirmed.
Any on tour issues/changes or cancellation needs to be settled by local vendor/driver during the course of the tour and no refunds or issues will be entertained post-tour completion.
If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get cancelled. In such cases, the operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible. However, a cash refund will not be applicable for the same.
Cancellations are strictly subjected to cancellation policies mentioned on the website & are irrespective of the date of booking.
